This Made in France jam is bursting with the goodness of strawberries since no sugar is added to make the bulk. Grape juice was added to sweeten the jam. This means that the jam is not cloying sweet, which is exactly how I like it. The jam is less paste-like than most of the commercial ones out there, indicating quality since less gelling agent is used and this makes spreading of the jam easier.
