5 years down the road, I just find that the taste of the cakes here is just too ordinary. They are nice but uninspiring, lack the complexity in taste and texture, did not stand out in any particular way to make one remember the cakes in a fond way. To be fair, the price of the cakes is not too steep, so they can't be compared with cakes of $7~$10 price range.
Service wise, while is not exceptional, but is still pretty good. One of the service staff is especially thoughtful to put a ice pack into the cake box when I told her that I will not go home immediately after buying the cakes.
This is a place to try if one is not particularly picky but yet still want to get some decent cakes at a reasonable price.
