Sage The Restaurant - Can an egg taste so good?

I personally think that unless one has an aversion towards eggs, the Truffle infused scrambled Egg is an absolute must try dish in this restaurant. The look of the egg seemed ordinary, but the taste was heavenly, perfectly matched, complementing instead of overpowering, cementing the blissful marriage between the truffle and the egg. The cod fish tasted ordinary on it's own, but once combined with the sauce that came with it, it had successfully conquered another set of taste buds. The Bailey in the seemingly run-of-mill creme caramel only sought to take this dessert to greater heights.

My main problem with this place is the cold service (with exception to the lady boss who was warm and friendly) and that no one opened the door for me! Seems minor, though service staff at high end restaurants will usually take note of such small details.

All in all, I enjoy my meal here!
