Fukuichi Japanese Dining - Great for having cooked Japanese food

This is a nice place to have cooked Japanese food, since the standard is better than that of Sushi Tei as this place provides creative sushi and dishes with better quality ingredients. The dishes taste nice and good (though not outstanding to the point that I remember the dishes very clearly), though I do not see the hype with the Century Egg with Crab and Tofu, it does not taste special or outstanding, not to mention faux crab meat is used (I do not deem any dishes using such processed products as good).

The service is good, with the staff making the extra effort to accommodate us even though the restaurant is full and we did not make reservations. Ambience is typical of Japanese restaurants, more than good enough to provide a comfortable dining experience.

Don't mind going back for the cooked food (The raw food is quite nice also, though I have better places to go to exceptional raw Japanese food).

My Thoughts: Not Bad
