I have to admit that the 2 slices of lemon in the photo of Nobunaga Ramen brings me here since it looks interesting.
The chicken broth is very flavourful and full of umami. Adding lemon makes it mire exciting and better. The chicken meat is much better than what I expected as it ud well-marinated and very tasty.
