While I love the creamy, slighty tangy taste of the yoghurt filling (made with premium milk from Kobe, the place famed for the highly sought after Kobe beef) what makes me swoon over this cookie is the unique texture of the filling that will sure to surprise anyone. Thin small wafer pieces are added to the filling to introduce the crispiness. A very pleasant surprise! So good that I order it again.
