Keishindo Japanese Shrimp Crackers

There is actually a striped neko in the kotatsu neko packet!

Anyone who opens this will be exclaiming in delight at how beautiful the crackers are. These are hands down the prettiest snacks I had ever seen. The crackers are tasty, being slightly seasoned, cripsy and full of umami of the prawns. Will definitely impress.

Ichigen Ebi Soba Miso Ramen

Enjoying thick noodles soaked with tasty broth full of the essence of shrimp, ahh, that’s life. This ramen from Hokkaido is good and I like the novelty of the noodles being freshly packed instead of drying it before packing.

Sakusaku Nikki Shrimp/Hotate

I love the subtle yet complex flavours of these crispy  crackers. Made with natural ingredients, the essence of the sea is evident at first bite. Shrimp is more intense in taste while scallop is more mellow. I love both. The shrimp cracker for simulation of taste buds while the scallop cracker is for slow enjoyment.

Yaraku Rice Cracker

Umami goodness packed in this assortment of crunchy rice crackers. So intensely flavoured, a real treat to enjoy. And the variety (each really tastes different) is another plus point.
