Santi - Fallen in love with Espanol food

The food here is oh so good, not pretentious, just fresh food imbued with complex, simulating, yet subtle tastes. In fact, I had never taste anything like that before. Every single dish (especially the Iberico Ham on toast, octopus with black rice and Meatballs) from the amuse bouche to the desserts, never fails to make us go "Wow, this is so good", except for the Catalan Fish stew, which is fresh, but pales in comparison to other dishes. The place is spacious and comfy exuding a distinct Espanol feel.

The service is meticulous, professional and friendly. I never knew Espanol cusine is so good until I came here. The closing of Santi is one great loss for food lovers of Singapore. I'm glad that I was able to try the food here before that happened.

Yes, even on the last day, the restaurant's staffs put in their 100% to create great dining experiences at Santi.
