The Lava Cake is made with 66% Valhorna Chocolate, so the chocolate taste is extremely rich and fragrant, yet with no hint of bitterness. The cake consists of thick luscious liquid chocolate encrusted by a thin layer of decadent moist chocolate cake. Cut the cake in half, and ooh, the liquid chocolate flows out, mixed with the vanilla sauce, rasberry sauce and the white chocolate sorbet, and my oh my, feels like in dessert haven.
The macarons have unique taste due to the sandwiching of a salty ingredient into the centre of the macaron. The result, a great marriage of saltiness and sweetness, complementing each other perfectly. The Black Palm Island Salt macaron is the best, while Hazelnut, Rose, Korean garlic are nice also. And so goodbye to Bakerzin's and Canele's macarons.
The place is quiet, great place to chill out.
