Bourbon Cake

I was just looking for some small, handy snacks to give as gifts when I found Bourbon’s Fluffy Baumkuchen Lemon Flavour, which is the perfect candidate for this.

So I end up eating one and instantly fall in love with the taste and texture. The cake is fluffy, soft with a slightly crumbly texture. The cake is brilliantly coated with white chocolate for a milky taste and smooth, crisp texture. And the lemon taste sandwiched within the cake seals the deal for me. So I buy more to enjoy 😉

Cheese Soufflé is good too with the same cake texture and a pronounced taste of matured cheese.

Mikan/Lemon/Melon/Walnut/Peach/Almond Mochi!

Soft, chewy and bursting with floral citrusy sweetness of Japanese mandarin orsnges, I love this so much. Going to buy more!

And this mochi is so good that I buy the other flavours too!

Clockwise from left corner:

Almond Jelly - Mildest of the lot. Nice and balmy. For those who like almond jelly.

Mikan - one of my favourites.

Melon - full of sweet musky aroma of melon

Lemon - another one of my favourites. It is zesty and have little bits of lemon peel for the extra bite.

Peach - mellow and lovely.

Walnut - it is special and it is very good, with a bit of savoury taste for the excitement. The crunchy walnut bits in the soft, pillowy mochi is very welcomed.

Avoid Strawberry one, which is of course not in the photo. It tastes too artificial.

Ohara Kuzukiri Noodle Jelly

Super さっぱり! Meaning so refreshing! The zest from lemon juice makes the noodle jelly even more refreshing. Perfect for summer.

Orange one is full of mikan goodness. To be updated on other flavours after I tried them.

Kumamon Cheesecake Snack

The lemon filling introduces that refreshing citrus zest and tangy taste to soft buttery cheese pastry dough. Like the Premium Blanc Strawberry Cheese, it wins over our tastebuds. Lemon fans will absolutely love this. But like the Premium Blanc Strawberry Cheese, the interior of the butter pastry dough is filled with half lemon filling and half air. Still worth a try though since it is yummy.

Annie’s Homegrown Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks

Made with organic ingredients, tapioca instead of corn, with no yucky stuff like artificial colours and flavours, and preservatives, this brand of gummies is one of the best sweets available on the market.

I also like its natural lemon flavour and the texture, which is slightly chewy, easy to bite and does not stick to the teeth.

Absolutely one of the best choices to give to children. But still, need to watch the sugar intake.
