One of Taiwanese's specialty is Guan Miao Noodles, which has an awesome texture due to process of being sundried, yielding that springy texture. To add on, the surface of the noodles is very smooth, and I like it. So when I'm at Northpoint, I decide to eat the Guan Miao Noodles at Feng Food simply because I want something special and nice.
The hearty bowl of noodles is pretty lightly seasoned with soy sauce, scallots and oil, maybe a hint of vinegar, and let the unique texture of the Guan Miao noodles shine on its own. The noodles are so good that I actually feel that there is more meat than noodles. Yup, one of those rare times it happens to me. Then again, this place is very generous with the tender, well-fried pork chop. I also like the pickled cucumber, which refreshes the palates.
Black Sugar Pearl Milk Tea is not bad lah. RnB is still the best to me.
If here, go for Guan Miao Noddles instead of the usual type.
