The moment I step into the bamboo forest, a sense of serenity and calm washed over me. The huge spans of towering bamboo trees speak of centuries old stories of Japan and the Japanese dedication to preservation of their nature and heritage. As the cool breeze blows around me, it brings along the light clean sweet scent of bamboo that refreshes the mind. I'm totally in awe of this place and totally enjoy the moment of repose here.
