I’m excited to try the Japanese cream crepe at Crepe Endo since it is such a rarity in Singapore. And there are so many choices to choose from that I'm spoilt for choice. I finally decide on Zunade, Strawberry and Cream because the use of zunade, which is edamame paste,.
And yes, the vegetal, slightly nutty, savoury goodness of edamame adds that excitement to the smooth creamy, delightful cream balanced by the wheat sweetness and texture of the crepe.
I absolutely enjoy savouring this dessert.
