One of my sister's must-tries in Japan is Soufflé Omelette Rice at Tamago to Watashi because after she had it last time in Japan, she love it so much that she misses the taste when back home. So I tag along to try this omelette rice she has been raving about. And yes, it tastes good and makes for one hearty meal.
Hidden beneath the omelette is nice, tasty, starchy, fluffy tomato rice, which is so satisfying to eat. And the omelette soufflé egg wrap is the magic here due to its fluffy, moist, airy texture, which contrasts so well with the starchiness of the rice.
