Best and most unique Mochi I ever have is this treasure haul from Osaka. Wrapped within the amazing, sugary, a bit soufflé-like glutinous rice dough is a ganache of an iota of bean paste mixed with smooth strawberry custard. I finish the whole box in one go 😄
Applico is another gem from Osaka. This is like apple pie, but a far better version, with apple paste sandwiched between puff pastries. This is so delicious!
The savoury goodness of oknomiya condensed into cracker. Of course it tastes good, just like the real thing, except it is crisper.
Tsujiri's smooth matcha cream sandwiched between thin, crispy wafers is recipe for yummy goodness.
I alos love this confectionery of interlaying of Matcha White Chocolate cream and puff pastry. Yes, puff pastry! It works beautifully, being more airy and crisper than wafers.
This is like longer version of the beloved collon snack with matcha cream. Very addictive treat!
I got some yummy, bouncy, juicy gummies from Don Don Donki. All 3 flavours of Lychee, Shine Muscat Grape and Yuzu are great!
